Is there any parking nearby?

Yes the nearest car park is Lyndhurst Road which is the closest car park to the entry to the event site – please note it operates on a pay and display basis. There is also roadside parking in the surrounding residential areas

Is there disabled parking?

Yes at Lyndhurst Road Car park

Will there be refreshments for sale? 

Refreshments are likely to be sold at the café adjacent to Beach House Park, independent of Jack on the Green. We strongly encourage folks to enjoy Worthing’s fantastic local restaurants that are within short walking distance including the Crab Shack and the Fish Factory.

Can I bring light up toys?

No, we ask that people don’t bring any light up toys as this ruins the effect of the light illumination trail for others.

Can I exit the park the same way I arrived?

No, the event operates on a one way in one way out system.

Do I need to bring my ID with me?

Yes, the named person on the booking will need to be present and bring a valid form of identification with them. If not entry will be refused

Why do I have to pay for entry this year?

To continue to provide Jack on the Green a nominal entrance fee has been introduced to support the rising costs associated with providing this event. Under 2’s will be free.

Can I give my ticket to someone else?

No, if you are unable to attend please request a refund. Please note refunds will not be issued within 48 hours of your booked time slot.

Can I arrive at a different time?

No, please arrive on time for your booked slot to enable us to safely manage the numbers attending.

Can I purchase a ticket via any other platforms?

No, tickets can only be purchased via the councils booking system, no private ticket sales are accepted. Please do not buy tickets through other platforms such as resale on social media. Anyone found to be selling tickets privately will have their tickets cancelled.
