What is the theme for this year?
The Children’s Parade theme was chosen by Musician and Composer Anoushka Shankar, the Guest Director for Brighton Festival 2025. As a parade of ideas for a better day this year’s theme is:

Starts on Jubilee Street
Ends on Madeira Drive
What are the road closures and driving advice?
Road closures and timings will be posted on our social media @sameskybtn nearer the date.
Driving and travelling with a vehicle on event day is not reccomended. If driving avoid the centre of town if you can. Traffic will be slow and some roads will be closed. The A259 will be open but moving slowly
